Once an order has been shipped, Scorpio Arts is no longer responsible for your package. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If a package is returned to sender, you may receive a partial refund for the item(s); however, shipping costs are non-refundable. For international orders, any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

The only exception is if an error was made by Scorpio Arts with the information that has been provided.
